Our Story
Bimbo Bakeries USA has been a fixture on Chicago's South Side for years — a place where the smell of fresh bread greets you before you even step through the door. What began as a commitment to quality baking has grown into something more: a café by day, a bar by night, and a gathering spot for neighbors who value craft, consistency, and a warm welcome.
Our bakers start before dawn. Our baristas measure every shot. Our bartenders pour with the same care. It's not a complicated philosophy — it's just the standard we set for ourselves every single day.
Sourdough, ciabatta, focaccia, and seasonal specialties — baked fresh daily from scratch with imported and local flours.
